[CR] Early '80s Paletti frame

Greetings.

I have a lead into an early 1980s Paletti "Super Prestige" frameset ( http://store.bicycleczar.com/PhotoGallery.asp?ProductCode=100800071). The frame looks to be fairly solid - decals notwithstanding - and I understand that Paletti bikes were thought to be of high quality at the time. Can anyone comment on the Super Prestige, i.e. rough price for such a frame, whether there are any particular issues to watch out for, what components it
came with, etc.?
