Today, I intended to look up a word new to me, and just now, found to my surprise, that perhaps the word deserves a place in the lexicon of this here CR place.

If say, there exists a bicycle with the first known ball bearing pump peg, then would that bicycle be the Incunabula of ball bearing pegged bikes?

Further, who amongst ye collects bicycle "firsts?" Perhaps say, one of you has the first Carlsbad-made Masi Gran Criterium? Or further, the first Carlsbad-made Masi Gran Criterium painted in th eesteemed colour: Espanolo Azulo? First...Etc.

Who amongst ye iz most known to be the incunabular bicycle collector of bicycle collectors?

Here now, referencing definition numero dos below, like "the first ball bearing peg," who amongst ye Classic Rondavooies can recollect ye most incunabular claims -- true, half-true, or otherwise -- heard at ye olde gatherings?

in·cu·nab·u·la   /ˌɪnkyʊˈnæbyələ, ˌɪŋ-/ [in-kyoo-nab-yuh-luh, ing-] –plural noun, singular -lum  /-ləm/ [-luhm] 1. extant copies of books produced in the earliest stages (before 1501) of printing from movable type. 2. the earliest stages or first traces of anything.
