Sorry for posting this to all but I don't have Ted's original Email.
I have one of these derailleurs and found that the screws that come with some computer parts fit, ie. internal hard drives, optical drives etc.. The screws are the same depth and have the broad head required. You could try your local computer or electronics store.

If you have the screws on a derailleur but need them, how much could I pay you to please give me the exact measurements and threading info of the screws so as I can have a couple of these made?
