Hi All As a freelance mechanic to the UK Raleigh Team 1972/1975, and a mechanic at the Skol 6 in 1972/73 with Jan le Grand looking after Post and Sercu and Pfenniger and Spahn, and as manager of Ilkeston 1978 to 1983, I am fascinated by all these revelations. Rather like "kiss and tell" in the popular! magazines. How many more stories could British framebuilders tell, but don't. Attending World Championships with the Raleigh team, both road and track, Peter looked after me very well - even though I was a Brit. He wa a great personality.
