Speaking of Maxi-car hubs. Does anyone have an extra pair of axle nuts or even wing nuts that would fit on the very skinny and obscurely sized front hub axle? I have a later pair of hubs that don't have this skinny axle... I went to a metric nut and bolt supply house here in Chicago and they said it was some French size, not a usual metric size, non the less they had nuts that fit but they are teeny tiny, not big enough to trust... Any one?
