Subject: Re: [CR] What do you ride?

This past weekend:  late 80's Guerciotti GLX w/7s DA indexed DT Primary at the end of last year: c'80 Ranson Cycles (Belgian?) w/Suntour Cyclone 7s, tubulars Another favorite, wish it were a little smaller: '78 Raleigh Pro, mostly NR with a Stronglight crank, tubulars Being converted w/fenders, half-step+granny, etc: '83 Trek 600, Tipo hubs, Sakae crank, Cyclone shifty bits When on a single speed: French threaded mystery c.'80, componentry mixed w/some carbon bits, 17# My first fixed century last summer: '07 IRO, Campy, Phil, Sugino Only on special occassions: '72 Frejus, made in the Legnano fashion, all original NR, tubulars

My OT "man I can't hang on this ride" bikes keep rotating as I buy and then sell (usually mid/lower tier) more modern frames.  My favorite was a 2002 Casati Challenge/Chorus that I shouldn't have sold a few years back.  To make up for it, I just purchased a 2001 Casati Dardo frame to build up with a Chorus/Centaur/Record 10s mix.  It has a carbon seatstay - my first.

Awaiting paint/ warmer weather: '72 CNC, Stronglight 49D crank, Normandy hubs, Campy for the rest, tubulars c'85 Gianni Motta Personal 2000, will probably be DA 7s index, tubulars
