Whether he produced this particular stem or not, the 50th Anniversary logo Cinelli stem was produced as early as 1984. Peter Weigle had one on the multi-colored bike that was in Playboy magazine. Lou Deeter, Orlando FL USA

Plus, this seller has sold many recent, after-market panto'd parts. I can't help wondering if this was done in the day, or more recently. Anyone have any ideas about that?
