Georg, A NR rear derailleur with "PATENT" but no number for year, is from approx. 1967-1969, more likely 68-69 I think. Units from 1970 and newer will say "PATENT 70", and so on. The Universal brakes seem to match this timeframe. Do you have photos of the important frame features?

Hello from Germany, i need a little help form the vintage friends... today?i buy a nice BALLINI Racebike i have never heard bofore this name... on the bike are a Campanolo "NouvoRecord" rear derailleur, but with no date... the word PATENT, but no others... also brakes from Universal Super 68, cinelli stem and handlebars with old cinelli-logo... chromed lugs and chromed end of the seatstays... did anyone know about the time of building? the framebuilder? thanks for any infos...!!! ?
