That's a really early one. THe headbadge makes it pre-78 and I think the seat tube shadow decals are 1976 or earlier, in fact it could easily be a 1973 or 1974 bike. Those forks decals are very early, and ishiwata 019 is 8/5/8 like reynolds 531c or Champion #1.
