Two recently acquired cockpit parts for you anoraks to consider:

First, an alloy drop bar made by SR for Raleigh USA, 1" stem diameter, 16" wide, 6.5" drop, which features surprisingly tasteful engravings. On one side is the classic Raleigh Heron Head *supra* Ornate "R", *enclosed by*Wreath; all atop "Raleigh" text block *supported by* Plinth with diagonal Siping: on the other, the good old American flag, current version (50 stars, 13 stripes. I counted) with "Raleigh" and "USA" underneath. Really good work, actually. The stars are 5-pointed and the whole thing is nice and crisp. In the middle, normally concealed by the stem, is stamped "SR Japan". As I doubt I'll ever own a Raleigh, I have no use for this handsome bar. $30.00 plus shipping. (BTW, I ran this by Dale as to CR-appropriateness, as I have no idea when the bar was used. Since he's OK with me listing it, you can be too.)

Second, an old-logo, 7mm allen expander bolt, external clamp nut Cinelli 1A stem, 100mm with "Made in Italy" & "Reg # 825128 stamping. This grand dame has been through hard times, so to speak. In addition to some light age-appropriate marks, she was put in a tight situation and been hammered out, leaving five dents under her chin. What's worse, her waist has been turned down from 22.2mm (I guess) to 22.0mm so she'd be more French. No use to me, I'm afraid, since I'm in love with Italians but if I had a Gallic yearning, I'd happily put my bar in her clamp. $40.00 plus shipping.
