I find the headtube shifters in photo #13 very interesting.

Sure don't see that very often.

Otherwise, it may be that I'm seeing more than what's there, but aren't many of these top tubes also much shorter than most other frames of the day?

Here's a link to a Picasa album I just uploaded with a bunch of Braxton photos. All are scans, so the quality is marginal; the photos came from Shirley's (Sam's widow) scrapbook, mostly from the early '80s. Mostly touring, a few Rough Stuff types.
