Hi All,
Saw this and it made me think of all the chat lately about tandems. I am not familiar with Fowler, but it looks decent in the CL photos, not that much detail can be seen. It's equipped with OT Campy, barely from what I can see, and a sweet Miami Vice paint scheme.
Not related, just outing.
