Just to clarify, the brakeset I had for sale were not the same as those provided on Huffy Aerowind models. See the link to pics in my gallery and compare to Mark Agree's Aerowind pics on Wool Jersey (links below). Some notable differences there, though the calipers certainly share some similarities.

Hi Alan, all. I've got an orphan AX type brake that came off a Huffy and it is way cruder than what Paul has posted. Way cruder. Full disclosure: Paul is my BFF. Cheers. Billy Ketchum; Chicago, IL; USA.
These were the really low end of the AX line, used on department store Huffys. The design is nice but the finish is way lower end than the 600 or DA AX.

These brakes look much like the "600" AX cam-actuated CPs that I put on my Rauler, and really, really, like. Longer reach than the D/A version, and stop/control very nicely. ?I have no connection to Paul Grens, but take a peek at the pix, even if you're not in the market. Nice design, in my opinion.
