Yes new. I bought some from them a couple years ago. The price at the time was $100/pr. I thought they were vintage 70s maybe but then I got a Christmas card from them this year with link to their web site. A great deal even at $135/pr.
The other current mfg of wood rims is of course the more well known Cerchio in Legno Ghisallo. They are twice the price so those CBITA are a great deal.
