I could swear the topic of shipping bikes to Europe has been a CR topic (which I've ignored) but my multitude of search results do not reveal much.

Any suggestions on the best way (least expensive) to ship a bike to Europe (Stuttgart, Germany to be specific) would be greatly appreciated.
