That's a real tire of the older classics! I rode on them a lot, even used them for regular riding with my wife on our Campy equipped Gitane 531 tandem back in the '70's. It weighed in at 38# Not bad for the era. Those 66's were tuff, lite, and fast!, held the road like a million bux. That tire was made/introduced for the 1966 World's Road races which were held that year on the Nurburgring Grand Prix car racing course. Just a little trivia to start the new year right.
