John, Are you trying to make fun of my Sante Fe again? That fateful steed is the only bike I rode for over 30 years. We can't all afford bikes that cost over $150 and weigh less than 35 pounds. http://tiny.cc/k7imh

My fellow Listees, Encouraged by the example of Colin Laing, I take solemn pleasure in announcing that I too have decided against resigning from the List at this time. Fears that a resignation on my part might result in the complete collapse of the List played absolutely no part in my decision.

Further, I urge that each of you carefully reconsider your decision to throw in the shop towel, tea towel, crying towel, or what have you, and to continue instead your valiant participation in this rare and beautiful association. The Listmeister may wish to set up a special email address for those who desire to join with me in formally not resigning.

However, I will state, and I'm sure you would all agree, that I must reserve the right to mount my Huffy and depart, with forthright and utmost umbrage, if at any time the level of jocularity herein either rises above or falls below acceptable levels. ;-)
