Dear All,

The current price, I believe, from Phil is about $45 per spacer. I was asking if anyone had, per chance, re-spaced their own 120mm rear to 126mm, and had a left-over part to sell. I didn't realize this would be seen as offensive.

I don't want to use a lathe to cut the existing cap down, as I have bikes that are 120mm as well as 126mm. It would be nice to keep the option to re-use the hub at 126mm in the future. Thus, the hunt for a spare part.

I haven't found a dealer that sells these, and my LBS is not a direct dealer with spare parts.

I apologize if the search for a spare part has offended. I was under the impression that such a request was not so unusual nor unacceptable. If another on-line source for spacers is known, I'd appreciate the link.

Thank you.

Instead of destroying perfectly good high-end parts, why doesn't the OP jus= t =

purchase one from Phil, online or at the LBS?
