Mirella is Italian. Leri is the tubing, named after the founder's grandfather. What I'm not sure of is when Mirella began as a company. My records showed that it was founded in the 1980s and I think that must be a mistake or typo. Muggio, Italy is just north of Milano. Lou Deeter, Orlando FL USA

Greg and Fred,
It is getting qite interesting, solving Mirella bike. So I decided to post what I wrote to Fred earlier.
I bought my Mirella (what seller claimed), is he here in C-R? It maybe 7-8 years ago? KEN TODA
<<Fred,
Several years ago. I bought a complete bike with almost all NR Campy compo's.
The seller told me it was Mirella (do not remember spelling?). The head set was G/S, but B/B is Italian, then s/t diameter is 26.4mm, which was typical for Italian.
Cut out Prugnt lugs, chrome plated Campy 1010 long drop outs with eyelet, also told me all R-531 tubing? Problem was, there was no decal at all, and gold metallic repaint.
I will have photos in next few days (planning to sell in eBay) so you can see more detail. I rode a few years, the ride was very good, I am stealing parts for Cinelli and Legnano.
Strange thing is, there is no mention of Mirella in ITALIA section of C-R Main site. So, it is not an Italian bike?
Will be in touch,>>
To Greg, Is your B/B Italian spec? And, how about seat pin/post diameter and dropends?
Thank you,
