Nice one, Dale !
But...you are really talking, aren't you, about that frame-builder on the R/H side of the road...large workshop..just set back from the verge..the one with the Lo-Pro bike complete with MAVIC rear disc wheel mounted high up on a pole at the entrance to the parking lot?
Yes..the small town is called ARS..slight misspelling there, Dale..a centre for Christian pilgrimages...and it's just down the D936 road from Bourg-en-Bresse to Lyon passing via Chatillon-sur-Chalaronne and St Triviers..the former home towns of the MAVIC company...
Yes the town of ARS exists...and there's a frame-builder there...but I reckon he's more of a PAYSAN ..than a PAYAN ( who was based down in the great city of Marseille , I think)
