I got a refund last week from ebay/paypal for some expensive brake levers I bought from a seller in the UK. Problem here was..the seller would not reply to any of my e-mails. I mean, no reply at all. I waited well over a month..no levers.
So, reluctantly, I asked for a refund, and received one from PayPal. I would have been willing to wait had the seller contacted me at any point. But once I paid, the seller seemed to have disappeared.
I hope the levers arrive, because I really wanted them, not a refund. If they do arrive, I suppose I'll just pay the seller all over again..but I sure wish he would contact me!
