My only concern is eBay/Paypal policy. If we are guaranteed a refund by eBays Buyer Protection Plan, do we need to file with Paypal within somany days of the sale date to be able to coolect from eBay or from the seller. I'll call Paypal and find out.

I ordered a saddle from a UK eBay seller back in early December, his feedback was spotless, and he says he shipped it Dec. 6. I still haven't received it. It's been, what, 5 or 6 weeks now? I'm getting ready to contact the seller again -- though I don't know what he can do -- issue a refund I suppose, but I really wanted the saddle (how likely am I to find another NOS 1973-dated Brooks Professional for my 1973 Mercian?) . It seems others might be having similar problems. Maybe we'll all get our stuff, just very late?

I bought a bunch of small item before New Years on eBay UK and most were shipped about the 27th of December. Three still haven't arrived almost three weeks later. Any other having the same experience.
