Mike Fraysse has been involved with cycling on many levels for quite some time, especially here in the NYC area. I'm sure some of you must know of him if not know him personally.

That said, I wouldn't touch that Urago, seems like he might know something that he's not letting on regarding the shape of that bike before it was repainted.
