Dear list, I'll tell ya all a little story, and it goes like this:

An acquaintance; non list member "Frejus John", outta Brooklyn, bought a chrome Frejus track bike from Alice, Tom Avenias daughter. This is about, aghhh, 8, 9, maybe 10 years ago. I was sell'n Frejus' to "Frejus" in those days, so I know da facts. F.J. got the new pride and joy home, and when he lifted her up to put her on the rack, his finger went through the chrome on the seat tube just above the bottom bracket. THROUGH! Evidently, she had been ridden wet and hung at such an angle that the water that got in, went there. And stayed. And ate. And then ate some more. Time will ravage all of us.

This is reality folks. Sometimes, though not 90%, the bike is toast, but is still really nice to look at. I'd say 3%. Your results may vary. Frejus John was non-too happy.

Frazee is a top guy. Most of us have to learn more then he's forgotten.

This is just "disclosure". Like saying "99% of Campy crank arms break/ broke. So if ya buy mine, beware. And tell your lawyer I told you so before he files the papers."
