Out of curiosity though, wouldn't the Campag drop bolt fit the Paramount? I have yet to see a pre-'71 P13, P10 or P15 that wouldn't work with that setup. Are you using short-reach arms, by any chance?
On the subject of drop bolts, here's a pair of oddities from my own collection, a Scott drop bolt (or riser bolt, depending on how you configure it) for nutted front mounting - would have been nice if most folks had used these back in the day instead of drilling out fork crowns for the rear-only Campags - and an unknown piece with a HUGE drop for rear nutted (or front recessed) mounting. Someone told me the latter fitting was by Klein. Whatever the case, they're definitely pint-sized conversation pieces:
