Are you getting the digest version? If so, the digest does not include pictures, but clicking on the title of the post takes you to the post and replies on the web version.
Individual emails should include pictures, but I'm less clear on how that works since I'm on the digest plan myself.
I may switch to emails if we all get into attaching pics.
