New member here but very active over on bikeforums (khatfull)...

If 12cm will do I know of one in very nice condition at a co-op near me. They want $75 for it which in the world of DA stems is pretty much a bargain. Should even fit in a small flat rate box.

I'd be willing to pick it up for you if you can use it. I'm usually there once a week if not more.
