Changing your Google email login address if you\u2019ve aready registered with Google Groups:
There may be an easier way but this starts from the beginning.
1. Launch Goggle - http://www.google.com/
2. Move your pointer to the Drop Down Menu at the top that says More and Right Click on it.
3. At the bottom of the list is Groups, right Click on that.
4. In the upper right hand corner Sign In with the current email address and password that you use with Google Groups.

5. Right Click on Settings beside your email address in the upper right hand corner.
6. Right Click on Google Account settings.
7. The next page says Edit Email Address. Type in the new email address and password that you want to use and Right Click on Save email address Button.
You may have to do as Dale suggests, quit the group and re-sign up with your new email address.
I haven't tried these changes to see how well they work. My membership is working now so I didn't want to test fate.
Note, If you have other Google Groups that you belong to, this change may cause some problem with them.
