Go into your gmail mail account via the web interface. In the upper right corner is a little sprocket icon. Click on this and then choose mail settings. When the new screen appears, there should be a tab that reads Forwarding and POP/IMAP. Here you can choose to forward all the mail received to this address to go to your regular address. If you only want the CR stuff to be forwarded, select the button below that says "Tip: You can also forward only some of your mail by creating a filter!". If you choose this, filter all mail that comes from "classic- rendezvous-lightweight-vintage-bicycles+noreply@googlegroups.com". Then choose the email you would like it forwarded to.
