I strongly doubt those 10 mm cones were ever in a front hub -- they are rear cones, period. A 10 mm axle won't even fit in a front dropout. I can imagine a custom-made front hub with a 10 mm axle, and the dropouts could be filed out to fit, but Campy would never have done that.
