All my bikes are on topic.
My 1971 Gitane TdF \u2013 bought new \u2013 remains my first love. Battle scars from numerous countries. A 1985 Mercian KOM w/ 1st gen. C-Record (friction) pushes our boundary but sure looks and feels on topic to me. These two are hanging at the aging Mum's house in Kansas, anyway.
For riding in Virginia are just two: 1971 Gitane Super Corsa, all Campy. As wonderful to ride as the TdF, but looks sooo much nicer. 1963 Hetchins Mountain King, with mostly 70-ish parts and very fat 700c tires.
A pair of spills on the ice has slowed my winter riding (or my wife's willingness to let me out the door with a bike). After 30+ years in the tropics, I've forgotten my winter riding skills!
And the newest project, now in Norris' hands for inspection, a late 50s(?) Hilton Wrigley Connoisseur.
