Does your frame have the headset with the V-shaped races, or the Campagnolo variant with the more normal curved cup-and-cone races? If it's the headset Campy made for these Bianchis, it'll have the C-in-a-diamond stamp, but hidden when assembled -- you have to take it apart to find the Campy mark.
If you need the Campy parts, there's a screwed top race on eBay right now:

I'm the high bidder at the moment, but I don't mind if you outbid me, I have a good headset in my frame right now, I was just thinking of hoarding a spare.
I can probably free up a top nut too, from my own stash, if you can't find one elsewhere. It'll be from the less-expensive V-race type headset, but not too different from the Campy version. Tightens with a pin wrench where the pins face inward towards each other, not the adjustable BB cup kind of pin wrench. Annoyingly rare type of spanner (and kinda weak, and pointless IMO), though I have one for my bike and one is all I need.
My advice for a rider (not a stickler for authenticity), is ditch that obsolete style top nut and use a regular Campy top nut that takes a rational wrench designed by a grown-up. Did I mention I don't like the Bianchi-type top nut?
