I offer for sale to the list this 28 hole Mavic SSC rim, formerly ridden by Adri van Houwelingen on a front wheel (see his personalized decal on the rim) on his Rossin when he was part of the Verandalux-Dries team in 1985. Nowadays Adri is one of the most experienced (20 years now) team managers at Rabobank. And a very nice guy!

Its been well used, but the brake flange is not 'hollow', so plenty of miles left here. Adri rode the Tour de France in 1985, finished 88th. As this has definitely not been a training wheel (Adri is about 6 foot in height) we can safely assume this rim has seen the TdF in 1985 (ahum).

I'm asking 50 usd for the rim, shipping (Priority, insured, trackable) is 49 usd. When the weight of the package is below 2 kgs cost is 35 usd, and I can't know for sure until its packed.
