I've never seen a Reynolds 555 tubing decal only Raleigh 555 stickers. They look similar to the Reynolds stickers but the wording is different.

Here's a link to a discussion about 555 tubing on Bike Forums back in 2004

http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php/77636-Raleigh-555-tubing

There have been various stories about 555 tubing: it was Reynolds 531 made in Japan, it was 501, it was only used on bikes made in the US and so on.

Haven't seen a definitive answer yet.
