I had great fun on 30 mm Grandbois last year, no punctures but you have
to be a bit carefull about the sidewalls, and don't run the pressure to low

There is no such thiong as a too low gear at L'eroica, especially if
they put a reststop at the bottom of the steepest and longest climb
