Subject: [CR] Early Condor?

Fellow Passionistas,

I have a fix on what I believe to be an early Condor...perhaps a Hurlow? The original finish has decades-old-looking patina with C-O-N-D-O-R spelled in block letters on downtube and both chainstays. Headbadge is well-patinated brass or bronze...no paint. The BB-shell has a top oil-port. Lugs are same or similar to Italia model but with flat-crown fork and wrap-over seat-stays that are thinned, flattened and conjoin with no visible seam. The Serial#, 655760, may indicate a 1960 build according to my Serial# research on Condor. No braze-ons other than rear derail cable-stop. Components are no-help except Super68 calipers and 151 Campy crank. Any other clues for age, or especially Hurlow, I should look for?
