Why didn't you just ask the list, Bob? They're called serrated Belleville lock washers...the ones in the Campagnolo brake levers are a completely stock item in M6 size. Pick up a pack at McMaster-Carr. $8 gets you 100 washers from them, in black. One order and you've got a lifetime supply.
The McMaster-Carr part number is 93501A029.
I don't know where these particular ones are made, but the quality is good. I use them as lockwashers in any case where I don't want the mating parts to get gouges in the seating surfaces that you'll get if you use an ordinary spiral lockwasher. I've even seen them at well-stocked local hardware stores, in the wake of my McMaster-Carr purchase a couple of years back. They're also available in stainless steel and occasionally in that blue oxide finish, too.
Cheers,

If you've ever wondered where to get those little slightly domed serrated washers that go under the nut on the clamp bolt of your NR and SR brake levers, I have some now. I have them on ebay at 4 for $10 or write to me direct and I will sell to CR members at 4 for $8 incl postage. Same exact thing as the campy only they are silver not black. Made in Germany. See the ebay listing here for pics
