Chris, The cyclist logo on the rear brake bridge was a logo we used on the many frames we made for Ten Speed Drive in Florida......I guess its possible some of these frames made their way to other dealers in the US.

Your frame Chris is a typical frame we ......that's Steve Woodrup and myself....made, often together 'as a team' rather than individually, so the frame numbering varied...and as Tom noted, had it been numbered on the left hand crank side it would be one of mine.....but whoever finished off these frames for Ten Speed drive would number it in their typical manner.
