Thank you to all the helpful folks that responded to my seat post query. Now I've now got my eyes open for a pair of center pull brakes.
Two owners ago the Cinelli underwent some upgrades and a repaint at Cyclart, including the addition of a non-original cable stop bridge (see work in progress pictures below). Though I'd prefer to use various center pulls I already have, there is a problem with clearance from the straddle cable to the cable stop bridge. Thanks to an observation from fellow lister Otis, I am now looking for Mafac Dural Forge center pulls that solve the problem by allowing me to shorten the straddle cable such that the clearance issue will (hopefully) be resolved.
Therefore, let me know if you have a pair of Mafac Dural Forge center pull brakes in good to very good condition.

I don't have calipers to accurately measure the inside diameter but with my metric scale my best guesstimate is that it's 26.2 If one of you know what the correct size would be for this model please let me know, and if you have a spare one lying around please contact me off list. All information, recommendations, suggestions, advice and admonishments are welcome.
