My SA friend Cory Puckett says that though Marvel Mystery Oil is the substitute the Philadelphia British Bikes contingent recommends when SA oil is not available, he personally uses 10-30 motor oil. When it heats up it gets thicker, so you don't need different viscosities for different times of the year ? :-)
