I am counting on this being okay with the List Manager since Rivendells are bikes in the classic/traditionalist mode, posted here and the iBOB before it goes to eBay: The frame's just too small for me to be comfortable but perhaps not for you. 55cm c-t Rivendell All-Arounder, with a spot-on 56cm toptube. Waterford built in 1997 with the nice oversized chainstays. The bike is burnt orange with the creme headtube and has not one scratch, so "like-new" condition is a fair description. Sale is for frame, fork, and like new condition Tange headset installed. I have a slew of parts but not the ones shown in the pictures, so I can help out with reasonable traditionalist parts for fair prices. For pictures of the bike, go here and click on the A/R album: http://albums.photopoint.com/j/Albumlist?u=236967 or type dbrk@troi.cc.rochester.edu into guest mode at photopoint.com

Any questions or details, drop me a line, of coruse. The lugged stem, seen on the pictures, is not for sale. $1300 for f/f/hs and includes shipping with insurance to anyone in the US or Canada.

Why sell? *the bike does not fit me _perfectly_ and at this point in my bike life, that is something over which I obsess. (The sizing error was mine)

If you're interested, lemme know.
