Hello all, God has blessed all of us I trust? Good!! Well I volunteered at the LBS, and finally ask what's in there?? He said an old Crescent!! Wow!! NR front and rear D's dated 1972! Nervex Pro 531,decent silver paint, Stronglight 93 crank with Lyotard Berthet pedals and Christophe leather-covered toe straps,(I listened in class last week) GB randoneer bars and stem, Suntour barcons, Modolo Speedy brakes and levers and a early Blackburn rear rack that attaches to the back of the brakes for mounting and neat "sticker flickers"- small wires attached behind the brakes above each tire to remove those pesky thorns and rocks!! Cool! An finally the wheelset of SuperChampions rims with beautifull gold hi-flanged Pellisier hubs!! What year I wonder?? Well I was so excited that I looked up deOro Crescents and found that lovely ad "From Sweden with love"! My pretty wife is an exact image of that model (maybe 20 years ago she says.) Now if I can get a picture to show you... Thanks to all of you for your time, Steve Kistler in Okla where football is king. Go Sooners, win the 2001 national Championship
