There was such a cleat. I bought a couple of pairs from Mike Kone a couple of years ago. It actually uses two of the three holes on a Look shoe. They are white and have a stylized "S' or "SS" similar to the Specialized logo but not identical. I can find no other markings and I can't remember who Mike said made them. Maybe someone else on the list knows. I wish I could find some more of these.
