In restoring my daughters pint sized (24" rims) Peugeot Racer, we'd like to put an appropriate sized leather saddle on it to replace the large horrendous plastic/vinyl/foam/crosshatchpatterned monstrosity that was on it when purchased. Anyone on the list have something? Need not be new or mint, just decent and a little smaller than an adult sized saddle. I know Ideale made a model 27 which was about the right size, don't know if any other companies made one.

So far, list members have been great and helped us source hollow axles so we can use QR's on the wheelset and also Mafac Junior levers which required some inginuety to fit the smaller diameter h-bars but are PERFECT for small hands. If I can find another set, I'll mount them on my wife's bike too. I think the saddle is the last bit needed to finish her.

Please respond offline and advise length, condition and price in any replies.

Thank you all in advance,
