I don't have the book in front of me, but I remember seeing mixte frame dedicated touring bikes in DeLong's book. This one looks very much like the one I remember ... but again, I'll have to go look at that book tomorrow ...
I wonder what ever happened to Fred DeLong's fillet-brazed bike with the dramatically swept top tube. Marked XP-38, or something like that, if memory serves me correctly.
