Aside from all the obvious problems with the seller's description and representation, what I'm curious about is what appears to be a bulge between the lower HS race and the fork crown. What's that all about?

I love the way this guy has no inhibitions about stating in the title that it's a Colnago then fudges his way through a lot of BS in the body of the description. Oh my, that's our beloved Ebay... Dale Brown
