Way back, in the early- to mid-70's, I had a few Jeunet model 630's. These bikes came with the same Lyotard pedals, with the exception that there were "teeth" on the cage plates. Either the pedals on eBay have had those teeth removed, or they are a model of the same pedal that came without the "teeth" which I was unaware of. Incidentally, I removed the "teeth" from one edge of each plate, on each pedal, as a lightening method, and I think something like this might have been done to these too.
