I will try to do that. However, even with 9 cogs, I suspect that the new cassette hub/cassette is lighter than the old hub / freewheel, due to titanium bits? But, rotational weight aside, does it really matter? Richard Rose (Toledo, Ohio)

I have several sets of GEL280's and they all come in about 295 grams.
I suggest Richard put those new and old wheelsets on the scale - I suspect the difference will be relatively large.
