It is very disturbing to me to hear about UPS shiping damages on bikes I've
shipped through them. In the years that I've been involved in cycling UPS
has always been my only shipper for complete cycles, out of the six that
were shipped recently, two were damaged. Hopefully these damages are
repairable. After this I will be seeking a new shipper. Anybody have any
suggestions.
