The only creep problems I've had in 25 years of sew-up use have been caused by a miss-match between the radius of the tire and the radius of the rim bed. In my case, _really_ large sew-ups like the Clement Campionato del Mondos (Thailand) that measure an honest 28mm mounted on Red Label Fiamme rims (20.5mm). But just try to find wider sewup rims like Schreen Standards or Weltmeisters for example...
